LOOK AT THIS TRANSPARENCY IN A BUSINESS: HOW WILL ANY ONE BE ABLE TO BEAT IT ? IT WILL KEEP THE CUSTOMER GLUED

LOOK AT THIS TRANSPARENCY IN A BUSINESS: HOW WILL ANY ONE BE ABLE TO BEAT IT ? IT WILL KEEP THE CUSTOMER GLUED What I am explaining here is an exemplary transparency in a business operation. A couple of years Back not very long ago, I had visited a Cold-Storage in the industrial zone of Dubai in some context. It was a cold storage operation, where the owner primarily ran it as a business of Renting out the Cold Storage Space for various products which were merchandise of Different Shops or Traders who were trading it from their Shops at different locations in the Dubai City. The Shop Owners of Dubai were keeping their refrigerated products in this Cold Storage on rental basis. The Cold Storage was built primarily on German Technology, that was Sate of the Art of its time. It had different temperature zones where different products can be stored as per Refrigerated Temperature Need of the Products. For example, Ice Creams are supposed to be stored at Temperature -18 degree C ; thus -18 ...

"BRAND FUDGING" IS A PREDICAMENT FOR POPULAR BRANDS : FIGHTING IT OUT IS THE WAY

"BRAND FUDGING" IS A PREDICAMENT FOR POPULAR BRANDS : FIGHTING IT OUT IS THE WAY "Brand Fudging" which in legal terminology called as "Trademark Infringement" is a regular problem and predicament, the Popular Brands face world wide, however, in India it has been prevalent from time to time frequently, and is quite painful for the popular brand owners. The More Popular is the Brand, it becomes more prone to "Brand Fudging" in the market and there is no choice other than fighting it out legally and seek legal protection for the Brand from the fudging (infringement) efforts of others trying to take undue advantage out of the Brand Properties. While a Popular Brand gets built over years and decades with lot of expenditure and a bundle of comprehensive marketing efforts with Quality and Service combined together, some others try to Fudge the Brand, with related, non-related or allied products to take a quick and extra-mile in business with...

Contractionary Monetary Policy with Increasing Interest Rate : Needs to Pause to Observe its Repercussions

Contractionary Monetary Policy with Increasing Interest Rate : Needs to Pause to Observe its Repercussions It is being observed that in India, RBI has been resorting to Contractionary Monetary Policy almost for last 6-months to chase Inflation. Contractionary Monetary Policy in simple terms, is reducing money supply in an Economy by increasing Interest Rate. When Interest is increased, it is expected that more deposits would come to Banks, Credit would be dearer resulting in reduced consumer spending, that can go against the inflation. Since May 2022, the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has already done 3-Times hike in Interest Rate, its Repo-Rate was increased from 4% to 4.4% in May'2022, then to 4.9% in June' 2022 and again to 5.4% in August' 2022. As RBI increases its Repo Interest Rate ( it is the Lending Rate of RBI to Banks ), the Commercial Banks also keep increasing their lending rate, a safe margin of 3-5 %  easily, is the corollary for Retail Borrowing and...

THE CROSS ROAD OF GM (GENETICALLY MODIFIED) MUSTARD  This is an interesting subject, I thought some readers here may find interest over it. This is also a quite controversial subject, therefore, I am just doing a touch base of it, as basic information about it and many of you may like to know for your information. The subject from here would require further Approval of Government of India for final go ahead.  The matter has been released to public domain 2-days back. I am giving a link of one of The Hindustan Times publication for any one of you to do further reading if you like, if you have not already read about it : https://www.hindustantimes. com/india-news/gm-mustard- gets-regulator-approval-for- field-...

DELHI'S WOO OF AQI : TIME RIPE FOR DELHI AND  PUNJAB TO WORK IN SYNERGY TO RESOLVE THE FARMERS' STUBBLE ISSUE I have been reading every year for many years now, that NCR Delhi's AQI ( Air Quality Index ) goes so bad that the atmosphere of the Region becomes hazardous for health of the citizens around this time every year ( October-November ). For two months every year, there is hue and cry and back to square one. Today also, similar news. The AQI of Delhi is getting bad seasonally, for the 3-reasons that are always said: 1. Farmers in Punjab (Primarily) burning Stubble of Wheat and Rice Straws ( locally called as "Pareli" ) in Agricultural Fields en-masse. T...

LESS OR ZERO FIRE CRACKERS WOULD MAKE A BETTER DIWALI AND HELP TO THE ENVIRONMENT

LESS OR ZERO FIRE CRACKERS WOULD MAKE A BETTER DIWALI AND HELP TO THE ENVIRONMENT This year, there has been a total Consciousness towards avoiding Fire Crackers during the Diwali through out India, if the reports that keep coming through the press and media are to be believed. Avoiding Fire Crackers during the Diwali Celebrations is a Great Help to preserve the precious environment, not only for our living generation, but for future generations as well. The Governments throughout India, the Judiciary and Courts, and above all the Citizens have shown commendable consciousness towards avoiding the fire crackers during the Diwali now. Fire Crackers burst or sparkled during Diwali Days used to emit lot of carbon dioxide and other toxic gases and lot of pollutants such as metallic particles and other particulate matter to the atmosphere. I can say about the City of Bombay ( Mumbai ) where I live for 17years now, one of the biggest metropolitan cities of India and in earlier years it was als...
