Dear Readers,
Today there is a news in the public domain that "Maruti Suzuki" Car Company of India has launched the "Flex-Fuel" variant of its "Wagon-R" Cars in India.

One Vehicle, Two Fuels: India bets big on flex-fuel revolution-what is it?
This is really a Nice Innovation in Fuel Use that is coming up in India, when it can be expanded in larger scale and mass scale.
The Flex-Fuel Engine of the Wagon-R Car Maruti Suzuki has launched in India means the Engine of the Car can run on Flexible Fuel Options which can be, different grades of Mixtures of Ethanol or Ethyl Alcohol (C2H5-OH) even with Methanol or Methyl Alcohol (CH3-OH) and Petrol. The Choice can be from Normal Petrol Fuel to E20 ( 20% Ethanol Blending in Petrol) and Upto E100 Fuel. The E100 Fuel, is actually a Near 100% Ethanol, which is normally 93-95% Ethanol mixed with a small % of Petrol and Co-Solvents for Safety and Performance Stability.
As the News Report quotes in the Cited News Article, the Hon'ble Union Minister of Road Transport and Highways His Excellency Shri Nitin Gadkari Ji, has stated that India can become from Importer of Fuels to a Net Exporter of Fuels in few years at the Speed India is working now with multiple Fuel Options, such as Bio Fuels like Ethanol, Hydrogen Fuel, Electric Vehicle (EV) run on Battery Energy and Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF). The Indian Public can have several Novel Fuel Options in a couple of years from now.
The Ministry of Railways of India, is also planning to Run a Full Train in the near future with Hydrogen Fuel in the Northern India to start with, as per the recent public domain news. When the Train will start to run physically all of us will come to know more about it.
In reality, in India right now under the incumbent Union Government under the Leadership of the Hon'ble Prime Minister of India His Excellency Shri Narendra Modi Ji, we are working on various Fuel and Energy Options consistent with Global Objectives and also to reduce our dependence of Imports of Fuel and Energy Sources. It is really at National Level, we are working on a lot areas now on various options towards the Fuel and Energy Needs, consistent with our National Slogan under the Present Incumbent Government of India as "Atmanirbhar Bharat" (Self Reliant Bharat or India ), it has to be recognized with positivity, that a lot of efforts are on in the right direction.
