A BUNCH OF TYCOONS, HONCHOS AND BIASED-ECONOMISTS OF OF INDIA WERE REJOICING FOR SALE OF "AIR INDIA" TO TATA :

ITS LIKE SELLING THE UTENSILS OF OUR INDIAN NATIONAL KITCHEN .....SAD....VERY SAD…


Two days back, in the Whole of Media a bunch of Tycoons, Hunchos and Biased-Economists have rejoiced on Sale of "Air India" to Tata.

While a bunch of "Tycoons and Hunchos" and "Biased-Economists" were rejoicing all around in the media for Sale of "Air India" to Tata and may be in their offices and homes, I was : VERY VERY SAD.

Because, I felt as if the "Utensils of our Indian National Kitchen" were getting sold. It was so sad for me...... When the Utensils of our Kitchen gets sold how do we eat ? Eat on the Floor or borrow an utensil from somebody ..... Will the 2-AIR INDIA ONEs bought at a Price of Rs. 8000/- Crores go to TATA or stay ? Let it also go to Tata why not ?

Every time when there was War, Pandemic, Riots, Civil Wars, Earthquakes, Floods, Cyclones and myriad of Calamities and Crisis around the World, Air India was used to Pull-Out and Air-Lift the Indians around the Globe and it was all free, and against such operations all through; against such free and daunting odd jobs which nobody would do for the Nation, putting in some crores per year, my Nation India could always afford. The Military Aeroplanes are not allowed to travel in Airways and Landing in Airports of other nations without Permissions requiring long process, that is not required for a Civilian Air Craft or can be done by a very short process, so Air Force planes can not be always handy in place of a Civilian Air Craft. Air India was used to bring in 1000s and 100000s people from many Covid-19 pandemic affected countries around the Globe just last year and it is still continuing even today. The Tata Airline or any other airline of any Private-Tycoons can never be available for doing odd-jobs when needed, that our National Carrier of our Own could do under the blink of our eyes and the signal from the Government every time. Even for Election Duty Requisitions, the Cars and Vehicles of such Tycoons and Hunchos will always have break down and drivers missing and many other lame excuses, the Seats and Cabins of their Cars and Vehicles when used for Election Official Duty would get dirty, forget Natual Calamities and Crisis situations.

The Airlines owned by the Tycoons and Honchos and supported by the Biased -Economists will never be available to the Indian people in future to do the Odd-Jobs Air India has done in last 68-years. The present 1.30 Billion Indian people will miss the Air India, every time there will be a Calamity and Crisis to rescue and airlift the Indian People whether inside India or from any location of the World.

Everyone in India should also remember .... The Government of India ( The Nation ) will have to pay for Rs. 47000 Crores (75% ) of the Debt ( Still Liabiliites of this amount will have to be paid even after Sale of Air India to Tata and nothing of it is being paid by Tata ); while Tata is paying for just Rs. 15000 Crores ( 25% ) of the Debt ( out of Rs 62000 Crores of Liabilities ) and taking away 100% of Assets and 100% Share Stakes from the Nation ( The People of India ) in Air India. In a Balance Sheet, the Assets = Liabilities. This will remain in Records of the History.  ( The numbers are as per the published reports it has been reported in Public Media all around in India very widely. The Economic Times has also reported ).

In addition to that, Tata will take the 4400 Domestic Landing and Parking Slots in Indian Airports along with 1800 international-Landing and Parking Slots in Indian Airports; and 900 Parking and Landing Slots in Foreign Airports Globally ( the numbers as reported by Media- The Economic Times ); that is a very Prized Catch being given to Tata as Bonus ( for what ? ). Getting a Landing and Parking Slot in an Indian Airport may be easy for an Airline from India, however, getting a Landing and Parking Slot in Global Foreign-Airports is not easy, it costs a lot of money and also it takes years and decades to Get and Build it. It was because -Govt of India Ownership ( National or Sovereign Ownership of the National Carrier ), everywhere in the World, in the Global Airports, Parking and Landing Slots were allowed to Air India as a matter of consideration for the Nation of India and not Air India per se. All these assets of Landing and Parking Slots that were given to Indian Nation ( in the name and for its National Carrier) are also going to Tata. The Tatas would have broken their heads for decades together or 100years (what 68 years of Nationalization is being accused ? ) and would not have got these 900-Landing and Parking Slots in Global-Foreign Airports around the World. Why Tata has not got Landing and Parking Slots for its present Air Lines such as Vistaara and Air-Asia in Global Airports ( Air-Asia being based out of Malayasia has few International Landing and Parking Slots agreed ) right now while these two Air Lines of Tata have also been in Operation close to almost 10 years now? So the National Assets built over 68years Globally in the Name of Indian Nation ( for Air India as the National Carrier ) and the Favours Given by Worldwide-All Nations to India in terms of Landing and Parking Slots with Access to Global Airports all around the World are being taken away by Tata by just bearing the Liability of only Rs. 15000 Crores. All these National Assets spread over the World are going to Tata and will not return to India again ? So, the 1.3000 Billion Indian people are being literally fooled by a bunch of Hunchos, Tycoons and Biased-Economists for Sale of Air India. The 900-Landing and Parking Slots in Global Airports as Indian Assets and Access to the World are not assets of any small or mean value, it is just being looked at "mean mindedly". The Indian Embassies and High Commissions World wide would have put in Great Diplomatic Efforts and Costs along with the efforts from the Government of India from time to time at National Level before all such Nations of the World to bag these prized facilities for Air India just because it is the National Carrier belonging to the Large Nation called India. These precious assets in terms of Landing and Parking Slots allowed to Air India ( as the National Carrier representing Indian Nation ) are just being forgotten by everybody and particularly the sellers. The Valuation both monetarily and intrinsic considered together, of the 900-Landing and Parking Slots that have been given to India ( in the name of its National Carrier -Air India ) in Global Airports may be much more than the Rs. 62000 Crores liability of Air India when considered as National Pride. The World will not give this favour to India again, it is going to Tata. So some people are just looking at Air India by their foolish eyes and don't realize the World Standing the World has given us in this Valuation - to the People of India for the shake of our National Carrier - Air India. What to say more ?

Further The Times of India has reported today, that an additional Rs. 16000 Crores of unpaid bills of Air India will be borne by the Government. That means the Tata is getting the Air India literally as Free......

I may be only one Citizen India or there may be many citizens who feel the same way, but let my views be in record at least for the future to come. I may be saying in open, others may be keeping quiet....

I say again I am very very sad..... . Some Great Souls had Nationalized Air India in the National Interest of India. We could not just manage it and have to sell like the Utensils of our Kitchen....

Some souls have privatized......, future history will say.....whether it will be pardoned by India or not...

The Air India Management could have been changed, the Operations could have been changed and improved in proper ways. The Mismanagement and Inefficiency does not mean that such an Important National Carrier as a National Asset of Critical Importance should be sold in throw away manner like this. 

Presently there are more than 100-Countries ( Recognized Nations ) in the world who are having their Government Owned National Carriers ( source : wikipedia, weblink : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_government-owned_airlines ). Therefore, the Government owned National Carrier is not such old fashioned that India would be tired of its Government owned Air India; to sell it in a throw away manner, while for India it may prove to be an essential need considering it as a country of 1.30 billion population and is an emerging nation out of the Developing Nation tag. 

In my considered concluding opinion and views, the matter of Air India should have been considered from totality point of view and not being exclusively guided by biased-economics, the life and necessity of the large mass of 1.30 Billion Indian Population should be taken into account. The Management of Air India can be changed and improved, the Operations of the Airline can be changed and Improved, and whatever necessary should be done to retain Air India as the National Carrier as my Indian Nation's Pride and Essential Necessity. Lives of People can never be considered in equal terms with money. Moreover, there should be no desperation sale of the Air India to Tata for its paltry bid by handing over 100% of Assets and 100% Share Stakes to be given to Tata along with the 6200-Landing and Parking Slots (4400 for domestic +1800 for international Flights) in Indian Air Ports (National Access Points) and 900 Landing and Parking Slots in Foreign Airports ( Global Access Points), which amounts to giving away the Air India to Tata almost FREE..... In over all interest of the Large Indian Nation and 1.30 Billion Population right now, the Air India as the National Carrier should be retained under the ownership of Government of India ( the Indian Nation ).
