 INDIA AS A NATION IS KING IN THE WORLD IN KING OF FRUITS (MANGO): KNOW OUR NATION AND THE WORLD BELIEVES IN OUR STRENGTHS


Dear Readers,
I am saying in this note, about the "Mango", the king of Fruits. And none in the World is bigger than our India in the matter of this king of fruits. 

And our Nation India, is King in the World in the King of Fruits (Mango). Those who know our Nation believe that the World Believes in our Strengths. We at India, Produce more than 50% of the World Production of Mangoes. 

There is No Nation in the World who is as Strong as India in Mangoes. We produce more than 24 Million MTs of Mangoes Annually. We export more than  2,50,000 MTs ( Two Hundred Fifty thousand MTs ) of Mangoes annually across the Globe. 

The Mango is a Tropical Fruit. India being a large Nation on the Tropics, the Mango is a Gift of the Nature to India. Our Past Generations have planted Mango Trees and Orchards in India for Generations Together and we are making a bumper harvest of Mangoes in India out of it. This year I am told, there is a Bumper Crop of Mangoes that have come in India, I have also received this news from the ground, from my village in Odisha as the truth as I was told over phone that our Mango Trees we have in our Village in Odisha have a very good crop of Mangoes this year. 

Mangoes of India, serve as a nice gift to friends and relatives inside the Nation always, it has been also the Gift of Diplomacy from India internationally for ages. People Internationally like very much a gift box of Mangoes. From Government to Government levels also, Indian Mangoes are a nice Gift of the Season to foster Diplomatic Ties. I read from the news recently in public domain, that our Hon'ble Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi Ji, during His Excellency's week long and 5-Nation Tour of UAE and EU Nations recently gifted Indian Mangoes to Excellencies-Dignitaries (Head of States/PMs) of the Hosting Countries during this visit. Previously also, the Former Prime Ministers of India and Other Functionaries of Governments of Centre and States of India, are known to send Mango Box Gifts to Dignitaries across the World during the Mango Season. 

In corporate sector also, gifting of Indian Mangoes to International Organizations/Customers/Business Associates is very much in prevalence. I myself have sent Indian Mango Gifts both Nationally and Internationally in the past. You gift some Indian Mangoes to a Friend or Business Associate or any body internationally for that matter, everyone likes it. 

Our Friendly Nation Japan used to be a very good importer of Indian Mangoes for many years and decades together, a nice pay master also for price of Indian Mangoes, however this year (2026), it is unfortunate that they have some issues and have banned Indian Mangoes citing Phyto-Sanitary Issues, I read from the public domain, they have issues on Indian Mangoes recently due to some Insect Control parameters that are broadly named as Phyto-Sanitary issues. Hopefully this will be resolved soon by bilateral trade negotiations with Japan and their issues raised being addressed and resolved amicably at Indian side by the help of Indian Government, Producers and Exporters of Mangoes. 

We have a very large number of Varieties of Mangoes, grown across the Nation from East to West and from North to South, and there are excellent regional specialties among them, very popular not only in India but also internationally. I am not naming them, you can find to read about it in the public literature. However, you name the Region, you have an excellent Variety of that Region which is very popular among people. 

Round the year, "Amul Icecream" in its Brand Portfolio, is selling a Product Variant called as "Alphonso Mango"  Amul Icecream, buy a pack of it and you get the real taste and feel of the Great Indian Mango Taste even in Off Season, it is a very nice product, value for money, they are manufacturing with real mango pulp use as ingredient, taste it to know the Strength of Indian Mangoes even in Off Season, besides having a good bite of Indian Mangoes in the Season Right now. Realize the Strengths of India through Indian Mangoes. 

Knowing the Positive Things and Strengths of our Nation, will make you believe that we India is a Great Power in the World with Lot of Strengths and the World Believes in our Strengths. Those who do not know our Nation well or poorly know our Strengths, they can say negativity, however in reality we are doing lot of things in the Nation right now in the most right directions, and we are not behind anybody in the World by our Strengths and World Standards in our efforts to keep pace with the World and assert our Position as a Nation which can not be shown a second eye by anyone in the World.
