This is a befitting occasion to convey our Congratulations to our Hon'ble Prime Minister of India, His Excellency Shri Narendra Modi Ji, for being conferred with the Highest Civilian Honour of Seychelles, "Guardian of the Blue Horizon" yesterday during the State Visit to that Nation, yesterday.
