You can read the Press Note of the ECI and draw your analysis out of it freely.
Some of my General Observations on the above data and Reasons for Very High Polling % seen never before:
(These are my personal and general observations)

1. More voter turnout means the voters are coming out of their homes in more and larger numbers and visiting the Polling Booths ( otherwise called as Polling Stations), the reasons corollary to it could be the following:

  a) The Voters are feeling more secured to come out of the homes and vote at the polling booths due to the security arrangements being made at the Polling Booths and in the over all polling environment during the voting hours/day visibly and understood by everyone and the voters hence the fear factors for the voters to go and vote at the polling booths are not there.

  b) The Voters are Owning the Elections (more sense of belongingness now) as their own responsibility to elect the People's Representative they would like to elect and the government they would like to rule over them.

  c)  Everyone's Voter is willing and coming forward to Vote   ....... In a multi-party democratic system existing in India, the voters may have choice to vote for which political party and which candidate contesting in the election, however the voters choosing every political party and evey candidate are coming out to vote, that is what Everyone's Voter is willing and coming forward to vote by exercising their franchise and right to vote. Hence there is no dominance or cornering of the voters by any specific political out fit, it is being free and fair voting by and large, due to more voters' political awareness of their rights to vote and select the people's representative in the election.

  d)  More Women Voters are voting now. ..... Interestingly in all the above cases, in the Sates of both Assam and Kerala and also in the UT of Puducherry, there have been more Polling % of Women (Female) Voters. This is an eye opening trend in India. The Polling % of Voters is no more to be dominated by the Male Category of Voters. It is the Women(Female) Voters coming out of the homes in more numbers now to Vote, Exercise their Franchise and Select the People's Representative and the Government they would like to rule.

2. More Voter Turnout is being facilitated by the measures being taken by the Election Commission of India, such as :

  i) Large Number of Voting Booths (Polling Stations) at each reach and at short travel distance for the Voters.

ii) The Voter Friendly initiatives taken up by the ECI as mentioned in its Press Note cited above, that is motivating the voters to come out of homes and vote with ease.

iii) The Initiatives of ECI to provide the facility of Wheel Chairs and Tagging of the Volunteers and provision of the facility of Transport to the PwD ( Persons with Deficiency) Voters to reach the Polling Booths(Polling Stations) and cast their vote.

To also recapitulate for all of you,  in the recent times and recent past, the last Bihar State Election held in the month of November, 2025 had seen the highest ever voter turnout of 66.91 % of Poling (in total % across all phases) where as the Female Voter Polling was more at 71.6% ( total female voter polling % across all phases) while the Male Voter Polling stood then at 62.8 % (total male voter polling % across all phases).
I am giving below the link of the Press Note of ECI dated 11-November-2025 that notified the highest ever polling % in that Bihar State Election for all of you to read it and note as well, if you so like.

PRESS NOTE  ( No. ECI/PN/351/2025   dated: 11.11.2025 )
66.91% voter turnout overall; Highest since 1st Bihar elections in 1951 Bihar records highest female voter turnout in its history

Therefore, in my considered opinion, as a Nation, we at India, are showing an increasing higher trend of Polling % ( % of Voters voting in the Elections) in our General Elections in the recent times, that is largely in favour of Democracy of India.
