Today, the Hon'ble Prime Minister of India, His Excellency Shri Narendra Modi Ji, is unveiling Schemes and Projects worth USD 5 Billion (Rs. 42000 Crore) in the Agriculture and Allied Sectors that will act as massive Booster to India's Economy through Farm Support which Deserves fo be trumpeted by the Nation and Everyone.

If you read through this news report you will realize the Massive Thrust as Farm Support to Farmers of Agriculture and Allied Sectors like Animal Husbandry/Dairy as well as Fishery Farmers which can not go un-noticed. 
We in India right now are not self reliant in our Pulse Production, we are importing right now Pulses worth USD 5.5 Billion ( 2024-25 April-March ) and with our 1.40 Billion Population, to meet the Protein Need of so many stomachs through the pulses consumption, the pulse import is growing by double digits year after year continuously. In the above Rs 42000 Crore outlay, the Hon'ble Prime Minister is launching today the "Mission for Aatmanirbharta in Pulses" (Mission for Self Reliance in Pulses ) at a Project Value of Rs. 11,440 Crore ( USD 1.5 Billion  Approx. ). 
You will find to read in the above cited news article, PM Dhan Dhaanya Krishi Yojana, which has an outlay of Rs. 24,000 crore (USD 3 Billion Approx.) to boost Agricultural Productivity.Once we are Self Reliant in "Pulses" and "Vegetable Oils" in the Agricutural Sector, we are one of the top level Super Powers of the World.  This Massive Farm Support Effort will help in this direction.

Further you will find to read various interesting projects in Animal Husbandry, Dairy and Fisheries that can contribute to enhancing the Milk Production, Fisheries Production, Preserving the Agricultural and Allied Produce at Panchayat Level closure to the farms as Post Harvest Handling Infrastructure and Food Processing that will contribute immensely to boosting the Indian Economy. Very interestingly the projects are aimed at being located and distributed at hinterlands across the Nation and not clustered around the regular locations where the focus has been in the earlier or past years, so that the benefits accrue to the Farmers on distributed basis across the Nation and the areas did not get thrust or attention for any reasons in the past years get the thrust to bring in benefits on distributed basis to the farmers across the Nation. 

This is a  Massive Booster Effort with a Huge Amount of Outlay consistent with the "Big Push Theory" in the Agriculture and Allied Sectors of the Nation which should be trumpeted by the Nation and Everyone for the People of India in General to know and take its benefits in the National Interest. ( Note : The Big Push Theory says, if one has to push the Economy of a Nation in a desirable direction, the "Push" has to be Big Enough to move it).

I wish the Effort of such a Huge Magnitude and Outlay in the Agriculture and Allied Sector (Farm Sector) being unveiled and being dedicated to the Nation today, by none other than the Hon'ble Prime Minister of India, His Excellency Shri Narendra Modi Ji, should get much more and enough media attention and coverage for people across the Nation to know, as normally the efforts in Agricultural and Allied Sectors do not get as much media coverage and attention to let the people in general know in larger National Interest.
