FABULOUS OPENING CEREMONY OF IPL-18 TODAY WAS MESMERIZING : NOTHING LESS COMPARED TO AN OLYMPIC OPENING EVENT


Dear Readers,

Watched the little more than 1-Hour Long IPL-18 (Indian Premier League of Cricket) Opening Ceremony at Kolkata (India) concluded just now, it was a Fabulous Event, compared honourably to nothing less than an Olympic Opening Event, or nothing less than the opening ceremony of a popular International Sports League event, I have seen in last 40years.

It had everything, from Entertainment to Glamour to Sporting Sensations, it had the Massive Scale and Turf, use of Technology and Mega-Infrastructure.

1.    Anchor Host, India's famous and popular Film Celebrity : Mr. Sahrukh Khan.

2.   Entertaining Performers: India's Famous and Top Class Ms. Shreya Ghosal (Outstanding Singer of today Reigning almost at Top now), Ms. Disha Patani (Glamorous Actor-Dancer of Top Class) and Mr. Karan Ajula (Rapper and Singer of Contemporary Age) with a very large sized Music Orchestra (possibly hundreds of Music players)  and possibly 1000s of  supporting dancers and singers both men and women. What else can be in such an event like this?

3.  Officials from BCCI, IPL and Kolkata Local Cricket Association,

4.   Crowd.... Fantastic Size, India's Irrefutable Trademark and Pride.

5.   IPL is World's Largest Cricketing League today.

6.   Corporate Sponsors : Over and above the Sponsors of the IPL-18 are Two of India's Foremost Corporate Giants : "Tata" and "Amul".

I have been especially happy to see our  "Amul" introducing its New Drink Product(Soft Beverage) "Amul TRUE" through this Mega Sporting League Event.

The Opening Ceremony was very Interesting.   Those who could not see it, may find through You Tube or somewhere the opening ceremony may be available to see and believe what I am saying in this note.

The Opening Cricket Match between the foremost Franchised Teams... KKR vrs. RCB continues now for the evening today.

This gives a Sense of Pride for India and as a Nation we have progressed very far and we are progressing at a very high speed, nothing behind anyone in the World.
