THE NEW PRESIDENTIAL EXECUTIVE ORDERS OF USA THAT WILL SIGNIFICANTLY IMPACT AT WORLD LEVEL


Dear Readers,

Some of the New Presidential Executive Orders signed by His Excellency the New President of USA Mr. Donald Trump will Significantly Impact at World Level are (let me make clear, it is not the exhaustive list and I am only saying as per my assessment and with my limited understanding admitted):

1.   Withdrawal of USA from Paris Climate Agreement ....This will impact the Climate Change Mitigation Efforts at World Level being pursued by almost 190 Countries who have signed the Paris Climate Agreement under UNFCCC Framework, as USA  a very large Nation and Contributor withdraws from it. 

2.   Withdrawal of USA from WHO .... This will also impact at the World  level and this World level UN Body of Health (WHO), if USA withdraws from it. 

3.   Ending Birthright Citizenship in USA .... The people world over running with their efforts to produce a Baby in USA to get Birthright based Citizenship, even if the Parents are not US Citizens (or Green Card Holders otherwise) will get impacted, as now at least one parent of the Baby has to be USA Citizen ( or Green Card Holder) is the new Presidential Executive Order on this as stipulated. The 14th Amendment of US Constitution has though some window of rescue right now on this, as it gives birthright based US Citizenship irrespective of parent's status(of US Citizenship/Green Card). The Presidential Executive Order may need further legal sanction by Constitutional Amendment in USA, however the New Presidential Executive Order on this will shake and put enough brakes on the aspirations of the couples having no US Citizenship but trying to Produce a Baby in USA who can get the Citizenship by Birth there. 

4.   The Suspension of US Foreign Financial Aids for 90days pending further review ....This hopefully will impact the Ukraine War funding from USA also (as the New President has announced to end the Russia-Ukraine war) and the US Financial Aid Packages anywhere in the World.

It is my own assessment as above just presenting here for others to read as these 4-New Presidential Executive Orders will impact the most at World Level, while others will do in some scale also internationally and however those will do more Nationally for USA.

I loved my country India(Bharat) always at the Ultimate level, and preferred to live in my country India at all costs, though there could have been opportunities also for me to live abroad in the past.

It may not at all be wrong to say that India can expect to have positive impact at National Level with the new Presidency coming to Office in USA now. Some Indians may be impacted otherwise at their personal and individual level which can not be ruled out. 

However, after watching and viewing the New US Presidential Inauguration proceedings on 20-Jan-2025, I have observed  the World Order is changing right from 20th January 2025 with the new President of the USA (POTUS) coming in.
