 THE FINAL DECISION OF HON'BLE SUPREME COURT OF INDIA REGARDING LEGAL FATHERHOOD OF A CHILD: IT CAN SOLVE SOME AWKWARD QUESTIONS OF THE SOCIETY


Dear Readers,

The Times of India reported today, a Final Decision of Hon'ble Supreme Court of India regarding the Legal Fatherhood of a Child while a marriage is subsisting(existing in force) and both the Husband and Wife have access to each other. There are also other news publications on it in the public domain, you can read by your choice. 

This Final Decision of Hon'ble Supreme Court of India on a case originating from Kerala, will solve many Awkward Questions often arise on the subject in the society ( in case of India).

Just to give one sentence crux detailing of the matter, the Hon'ble Supreme Court India has given a final verdict, that when a marriage is subsisting (existing in force) between Husband and Wife, and when they both have access to each other, the Legal Father of the child born to the wife is the Husband in such case, while the biological father of the child may be in anyway, no question can be raised.  

When the Supreme Court gives a Verdict, that also becomes the law of the land until and unless the Supreme Court overturns that Verdict by another judgement later. 

I would not like to be drawn into any debate or argument on this matter, I have just placed this note and the reference link of the news report , for anyone to read and get appropriately informed if anyone liked. However, this is a subject matter, people may read and know about it for well being of the society, as it will solve many awkward questions relating to it, often arise in the Society (in India).
