USE OF CHEMICALS ON HUMAN BEINGS FOR EVERY PUNISHMENT PURPOSE: WILL BE MORE IN-HUMAN ACT AND WORSE OFFENDING ACT

Dear Readers,

It has been in news in public domain, that Italy is contemplating to bring a Law to Punish the Gender Related Offenders with Chemical Castration of Human Beings. It can be quite disturbing to hear, nothing can be more worse to deal with Humans in this manner even if a punishment to be given for an offence, by application of a law if at all it gets enacted in Italy.

I am not interested, not inclined and not intending to deal with any comment of any person from Indian Origin as reported by The Times of India in the above-said News Article whoever he/she may be, that may be his/her personal views on in any way, let it be and stay that way, people will gauge it in their own way in public, as I said, I am not inclined and not intending to deal with it at all in this note of mine. 

But, it is quite intriguing and astonishing as well as of anguish to know that in a Developed Country, such a Law absolutely that can bring in extreme and in-human consequences for giving punishment even if against an offence committed, by use of chemicals in this way which will be in fact, much bigger offence on any human being if done and applied that way, is being contemplated to be enacted?

As far as our Nation India is concerned, it can not be normally thought of; even that such a law can be enacted and be passed to be applied in a Country Like India? Impossible in India, we are culturally a different country, such kind of punishment methods can never be thought in India, forget enacting it in India.

I am aware of Italy as a Nation very well, having traveled to Italy many times in the past, I do not want to make a comment of any type as it is a Different Nation and of course a Respectable Developed Country and Economy known in the World. I am sad, that such a thought of law being contemplated in a Respectable Developed Country like Italy.

Of course, there will be always some people with different minds and different thinking in the Society any where. Even there may be some people in the society any where, who can act in any manner in the present age to incur an offensive act, however, I do not want to further explain and discuss it, many of you can assess the perverted minds that may exist anywhere you may find and their actions as it happens. However as far as Punishment is concerned, by Chemical Castration by making legal provision for it by enacting law, is something looks a bit too much and extreme too.

The chemical war fare even in the World has been extensively condemned and discredited by all kinds of Nations, has not found acceptance around the World. 
How will Chemical be used for Castrating Human Beings by Blocking their Androgen by use of Chemical Drugs as Punishment Under a Law  is an issue sounds very disturbing and too much extreme really if looked at pragmatically and judicious application of mind. Even the Punishment of Jail against an offence of similar nature, and the Punishment by use of Chemicals to do Castration of human being; are poles apart and at extreme distance to be applied, when thought of in right way.

For a moment please think, if a Human Being is Castrated as a Punishment by Use of Chemicals by Blocking Androgen, if the Person develops Cancer out of it, the possibility can not be also ruled out, who will pay for it?

Think about it ... how far the world is moving, just by some Gender Consideration, may be it is always tilted to one side... I do not want to say to which side....., always claiming to draw favours by distorted ways like the Chemical Castration which can be much bigger Offence against a Person if it can develop Cancer due to such act and chemical treatment which can not be ruled out, is something can not be acceptable in normal way of thinking.

I am really sad and anguished that, if at all such an act being contemplated to be done in a Developed Country like Italy that to by enactment of such extreme law to provide for such extreme punishment that can have extreme provision of Chemical Castration of Human beings?

I do not think there will be any takers in India of such kind of actions of enactment of such law to deal with and provide for punishment as  extreme  as Chemical Castration punishment under a law. Even if there may be few takers, they can not cut any ice in India, given such kind of extreme provision.
