THE PEOPLE OF THE WORLD ANY WHERE IN THE PRESENT AGE ARE NOT PREPARED FOR MARTIAL LAW : THE EXPERIENCE OF SOUTH KOREAN "RETREAT" YESTERDAY ( 03-Dec-2024)


Dear Readers,

The Experience of Declaring an Emergency with Martial Law in South Korea yesterday and "Retreating" it in 6-hours time, is a real life example to demonstrate that in the present age, nowhere in the world, the people would be prepared and willing to accept imposition of "Martial Law" in a Nation.

The World and the Civil Society of the World have advanced and progressed too far, the People have changed their minds and attitude to the manner in which they would like to be ruled. Even if mostly, the people may pose to be silent, however when they get exposed to declaration of emergency and imposition of martial law thereby, they wake up to protest and do not like such a rule of law to be imposed on them and be operative.

Even the people of the world, are not prepared, to go through a Strict Dictatorial rule where ever it exists in the world today in some nations. All Dictatorially ruled Nations are showing populist measures to keep the people appeased as far as the manner in which they would like to be ruled. The Civil Atmosphere in the Dictatorially Ruled Nations is much more liberalized than they were in the past, they function in structures and administration very close to Democracies.

The Minds of the People of the World in the present age are more aligned towards Democratic Processes of the Societies, if you look at Nationally or Internationally or Globally. The Rulers across the Globe have realized that the bill is paid the best, by respecting and honouring the wishes of the people and their aspirations for the way they would like to be ruled, Where ever attempts are made to crush the people's aspirations and voices by dictatorial rules, it has not sustained, even in some of the most dictatorially ruled states of Africa, Central Asia, Middle East and East Asia or Latin America for that matter. Recognizing the People's voice even what they intend to say while in silence (to be gauged by practical mind) has been the game of the Most Known Dictatorial Rulers of the World in the present age. I am not naming any of the Dictatorially ruled nations of the present world because of diplomatic protocol to be abided by, but you can find out of your own by own searches.

Imposing Emergency with Martial Law in a Nation any where in the World today, is not that easy, as used to be in the past, because, as I said, the people break the silence zone and come forward  not to accept such harsh ruling measures. With the new free flowing communication era, the people have developed democratic minds and attitude, they are not willing to succumb to the pressure of emergency and martial law any more, even if the nation may be ruled under dictatorial rulings formally any where.

It is certainly good that the South Korean experience happened yesterday, that will give good learning to the World for future.

Small organizations meant to function with democratic processes, when attempts are made to convert to dictatorial ventures get into limbo, we have seen and experienced, forget a Nation to be ruled by martial law in the present age.
