Dear Readers,

The LIC ( Life insurance Corporation of India ) is expected to enter into the Health Insurance Sector after the New Government takes Charge after 04-June-2024 when the results of the General Elections 2024 will be announced.

The LIC with Total Revenues (for FY 2023-24) of Rs. 8.57 Lakh-Crores ( Rs. 8.57 Trillion ) and Profit of Rs. 40,675 Crores ( Rs 406.75 Billion ) is such a huge Organization and Behemoth, whose business could be bigger than the whole GDP of many countries of the world.

I am giving the link to one of the yesterdays news that says LIC has almost definite plan to enter into the Exclusive Health Insurance Sector, it is waiting for the Nod of the New Government ( that will come after June 04, 2024 ) :

LIC’s health insurance foray to heighten competition, may trigger consolidation

The expected Entry of LIC into the exclusive health insurance sector will Transform the Sector for the benefit of the Common People of India.

There is No Reason for the New Govt that will come at the Centre after June 04, 2024 not to give nod for this Proposal of LIC, that will be in the benefit of the Common People of India.
