REMOVING THE GEO-FENCING LIMIT OF 50KMS THAT WAS EXISTING IN THE UTS TICKETING APP OF INDIAN RAILWAYS IS AN WELCOME STEP: IT WILL HELP COMMON PEOPLE GREATLY

Dear All,
Today there has been wide news reports that Indian Railways has removed the 50 KMs Limit that was existing in its Ticketing App -UTS has been removed.

Earlier, there was a limit of 50 kms Geo-Fencing Distance, it means to by an unreserved or local train ticket you have to remain with 50km distance.
This limit has been removed, hence you can buy such a train ticket from anywhere, but outside of a Railway Station area.

I am giving a link of the News Report of Times of India, if you like you can read. There are also other news reports you can read by your own choice.

Good news for Indian Railways passengers! Geo-fencing limit for unreserved & platform tickets removed for UTS app

It will help the Common People Greatly. I have used UTS App and I have faced problems due to this Geo-Fencing limit for buying Local Train Ticket or Unreserved Tickets in the past. I give the testimony myself for that.

This is Definitely an Welcome Step to help the Common People Nationally.
