About the Author : Dr. Nimain Charan Biswal is a B.Sc.(Agri. Science and Technology), M.B.A. and Ph.D.(Management Area ) by qualifications; and he has 37 years of work experience in both industrial and development sectors in diversified fields of social importance. He has been educated at Orissa University of Agriculture and Technology (OUAT)-Bhubaneswar, Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA) and Gujarat University (with Resource Support of IIM-Ahmedabad). He is further educated at IIM-Calcutta, XLRI-Jamshedpur, Apple Computer Industries and Spar Inc., USA. He has worked for reputed National and International Organizations in Senior/Top Management Capacities at Board level as well as Managing Director and CEO. He is a management expert covering extensive areas from management in industrial sectors, management in agriculture and dairy, development management to management of public systems. He is a prominent professional of India and known Internationally as well. He lives at Mumbai in India.

The Democratic Principles and Freedom of Speech of the Members of Social Media Groups are being attacked by vested interests. Some persons having vested interests and nexus acquire Administrator/Moderator rights in the social media groups and use that administrator rights to terrorize the members of blocking and muting.  The Administrators of Vested Interests create a group of hooligans around them to exploit the situation and realize the best returns for their vested interests. Only being aware of and giving few seconds to wash the empty milk pouches by water after you drain the milk out of it for your consumption and before you throw it into your trash bin or any where would help the environment and the society at large.  Kindly consider the facts I am presenting below. In most common language, a “compromise” is a sub-optimal solution to a problem that is accepted as a settlement or by choice. There is a popular saying that; “Round Peg to Square Hole” and “Square Peg to Round Hole “ do not work. The “Round Peg to Square Hole” and “Square Peg to Round Hole “are situations of mismatch or compromise which are not standard or optimal solutions and are abnormal situations that would not work well due to gaps between the shapes of the peg and the hole in either of the cases.
