IT IS CHANGING TRACKS, THAT IS ALWAYS AT THE ROOT OF SOME OF THE ACCIDENTAL DISASTERS


I have been following the various reports get published in media on Odisha Train Accident Disaster of last week very keenly.

First of all I pay Homage and my prayers as a Fellow Countryman, Praying for the Innocent Lives that have been lost to rest in peace, the lives that have been injured to recover to normalcy and wellbeing as speedily as possible, and for the families who had the losses either way, and also for the Nation and our Countrymen/Countrywomen all who have been quite pained and concerned to take the Nation out of this great Disaster.

The Beauty of India, our beloved Nation is, when there is a Calamity, people work together without differences and forgetting the differences, both the friends and foes work together, both Governments(s) and Opposition(s) work together and, both the Competitors and Cooperators also work together and further more, over and above different faiths and religions also work together ( I am inclined and prepared to discount the noises and statements in political tones over media, that are but obvious and normal, it will be always there in a democracy ), it is undisputed and it has been in our blood and culture since ancient times in India. 

There have been volumes written, said and broadcasted in all kinds of media over it over the last week, not only in India, but also globally, I need not dwell like that further.

Over "Serious Reflections" when I see in my spectacles which are transparent and impartial to every one, "IT IS CHANGING TRACKS, THAT IS ALWAYS AT THE ROOT OF SOME OF THE ACCIDENTAL DISASTERS ". 

In this Odisha Train Accident Case, There were 3-Trains on their respective Tracks. One Passenger Train was moving on the Up-Main-Track, The Second Passenger Train was moving on the Opposite Down-Main-Track and the 3rd Goods Train was Standing Stationary on the Loop-Track. in parallel. One of the Passenger Trains changes track suddenly, goes on the Loop-Track and hits the Stationary Goods Train and then the Disaster .the world is lost for many.. that we see and read about. The fact that "THE TRACKS WERE CHANGED BY ONE OF THE TWO MOVING PASSENGER TRAINS LEADING TO THIS DISASTER, WILL REMAIN UNCHANGED IN ALL SITUATIONS AND ALL TIMES TO COME OVER THE HISTORY ", NOBODY CAN CHANGE THIS FACT. 

The Government of India (Indian Railways) is constituting a CBI Enquiry to investigate the reasons behind this Disaster to assess the factual situation and also as being said, logically to clear the air for inherent controversies and political stand points that are most likely to get generated out of it.  I am in no mood to get further into it, as that is the job of the relevant and concerned authorities in India.

As a matter of empirical postulation, history and contemporary practices have evidenced adequately:

1. The Athletics Change Tracks, face accidents, even in the International Games ( Even Continental Games/Olympic Games no exceptions ) the Players change Tracks, there are accidents.

2. The Motorists Change Tracks, whether in Roads ( for over taking ) or in Car Racing Tracks, there are accidents. Seen and heard from time to time.

3. The Aeroplanes in the Space, change tracks ( or levels allowed to them as their tracks of movement ), meet collisions. We have read about it.

4. In the movement of life path or career progressions, the Humans Change Tracks to get into wrong tracks, there could be accidents as sufferings.

5. The Institutions or Governments around the Globe when change tracks, they face routing.

6. Even in Jungles and Ocean, when the mighty Animals change their Tracks/Planes, they get either hunted or get into accidental happenings and get killed.

All of you can name any place or situations any where Changing Tracks result into Disasters.

As I said in our lives and careers it is absolutely necessary and warranted to be mindful of changing tracks without appropriate considerations and safeguards in place.

As I said in the case of Odisha Train Disaster as has been published in volumes in all kinds of media and shown by TV channels by visuals it is the fact of Changing the Tracks from Main Track to a Loop Track by a High Speed Passenger Train has caused the Disaster involving 3-Trains, huge loss and injuries to human lives and properties of the Nation  and the fact of Changing the Tracks will remain as a fact unchanged over the history. Rest of the reasons that the investigations by several authorities will open eyes to take remedial actions for future.
