REMEMBERING "BHARAT RATNA" BABASAHEB AMBEDKAR ON HIS JAYANTI (BIRTH DAY)-14 APRIL -TODAY AS "AMBEDKAR JAYANTI"
On this day, 14-April-1891, Bharat Ratna Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar or
otherwise known as Babasaheb Ambedkar was born as a Great Son of India.
Thus today, 14-April is the "Ambedkar Jayanti" being celebrated at different locations and forums through out India.
Dr.
Ambedkar is known for his invaluable contribution for India as a Nation
by the Constitution of India in force today as its Chief Architect.
It
is said, Robust is the Constitution, Robust is the Nation. That is
really True for India and Dr. Ambedkar stands proved by that, by the
Constitution of India.
The Constitution of India is one of the Most Robust Constitutions that exist in the World in various Nations.
The
4-Pillar Architecture of Indian Constitution has kept India, such a
huge country, with various ideologies, cultural diversities, linguistic
variations with geography, and all kinds of faiths practiced by its
people, together and fully united as a Nation with Unity in Diversity.
The
Separation of Power very clearly and without ambiguity and binding them
also together by checks and balances through the Robust Constitution of
India among the following 4-Pillars is the far sighted vision of Dr.
Bhimrao Ambedkar to keep a Nation together:
1. Legislature - The Law Makers for the Nation - Holding Entity is the Indian Parliament -answerable to the People of India.
2. Executive - Administrators for the Nation - answerable to the other Pillars for Orderly Governance.
3. Judiciary - For
maintaining Checks and Balances among other Pillars, Protecting the
Constitution, Ensuring Justice and Delivery of Justice to People of
India, through the Holding Entity -The Supreme Court of India
4. Media - It is the 4th Pillar, ensured by the Constitution through Free Speech and Freedom of Press and Media
The
Beautiful and Robust Architecture of India's Constitution ensures, that
if any Pillar starts showing symptoms of sliding or failing, the other
pillars come into play to try to correct it to the best.
The
Social Justice, Equality, Wider Fundamental Rights to the Citizens and
Ability to make Corrections in case of deviations on automatic system
response are some of the Best Features that have been placed in the
Indian Constitution on strong footing for which Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar has
to be credited without dispute.
The "Bharat Ratna" Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar has been a Great Son of India having
contributed for the Nation with unmatched frequency, that India will
remember for all times to come.
India
as a Nation with Unity in Diversity has survived for 75-years till date
and even next 750years, the Indian Constitution will self-propel it as a
Nation in Unity. Mind you the Constitution never gets old. There could
be Environmental Shift ( changes in the environment ) where the
constitution gets amended at Specific places only to readjust to the
Environmental Shift.
