MANIPULATED ENTRY AND EXIT IN HELM OF THE (NOBLE) ORGANIZATIONS GLOBALLY : THE EXAMPLE OF THE THE MUGHAL RULE OF THE HISTRY
The Mughal Rule is a fit Example of the History regarding the manipulated entry and exit in helm of the (noble) organizations which is an interesting phenomena, globally, not
limited to any single place. A ruler who gets enthroned by manipulative
practices, gets subjected to similar practices to be de-throned.
History is the witness.
It keeps happening in all kinds of organizations including the noble organizations as well.
The
Creators of the Organizations would always have some Noble Purpose
behind it. As long as the Creators are in scene and at the helm in
control of the situations, they stay in their original vectored
directions.
However with passage of time, the
Helm becomes the targeted place of manipulation, the interest of such
motion is understood well.
There is no
better Example than the "Mughal Rule" here in India, we don't have to go
any where to look for it. During the period of the Mughal Rule,
serially the Rulers to the throne were en-throned by manipulation and
de-throned by manipulation of various types, it is there in the History.
Someone who enters the throne by
some manipulation some where by cutting throats of his brothers around,
should be prone and destined that the same thing (similar condition)
will happen some day some where, it goes without saying. Because the
circumstances that lead to en-throning may be repeated for de-throning
as well, the corollary, it goes without saying, the justice of the
Nature, the Natural Justice. Even in Science, the great physicist Sir Isac Newton said it in his 3rd Law of motion, actions will have equal and opposite reactions.
Exactly
it happens in many Noble Organizations, globally, after the Creators
are gone. While the Creators by their Own Merit would have occupied the
helm of the Organizations for a very long stretch of period, after them,
others also feel (may be unduly) that they would have the same level of
merit (may not be true), to stretch the stay, creating desperation
behind. That is where the trouble starts, with the over-stretched stay,
as all cherish for it, by human instinct to get an extra mile. When the
Rulers at the Helm get en-throned by manipulated circumstances in some
way, it remains as unwritten precedence and occurrence, to be repeated
successively.
Unfortunately, the trend
does not get broken so easily, as it is taken for granted for various
interests and circumstances, until someone again takes over and tries to
enforce the Creator's legacy, but that kind of effort would need
sacrifices and may be some bruising as well, not found so easily. And,
projected efficiency and organizational achievements ( seen as
contributions of people and organizational design and not of the
individuals' per se) do not substitute the manipulative practices that
might have been used in any circumstances and elsewhere in the past,
that goes in detriment of the Organizations ultimately, albeit noble
organizations.
Some
unwritten Theory and Practice for the Digestion of all, from the
empirically observed and deduced situations. It is not the predictions
of some "Blind Baba" elsewhere, realities to be given credit.
