I BELIEVE THE FARMERS' PROTEST PROBLEM CAN BE SOLVED THE WAY THE KONARK TEMPLE PROBLEM WAS SOLVED ( AS PER THE LEGENDARY STORY OF KONARK TEMPLE )


I am writing this post which is a Real Life Case [ originally written for my fraternity -the IRMA (Institute of Rural Management Anand) ] Community ( the Alumni, Students, Faculty and Staff of the Institute ) which I consider an important intellectual community of the country (India) to play in many National Issues of Importance, please read with patience and consider it judiciously (and please no one should scandalize it in any way) it is a real life case, think about it :

THE LEGENDARY STORY ABOUT THE SOLUTION OF THE KONARK TEMPLE'S PROBLEM :
The famous Sun Temple at Konark (Odisha) [ considered as one of the Wonders of the World heritage ] was being built by "King Langula Narasingha Deb" and 1200 Sculptures were building it for 12-years. None of the 1200-Sculptures were able to complete the finishing part of the Temple by installing its Top Most part ( the top most stone ) and the said King was getting very impatient and desperate to complete the temple. Therefore, he gave 24-hours to the 1200-Sculptures to complete it, otherwise they will be beheaded after 24-hours if the Konark Temple was not completed by then. There was a Sculpture among the 1200 of them, his name was " Bisu Maharana ". While he left home for building the Konark Temple, his wife was pregnant and therefore, in between while 12-years had passed, his son was born in his absence and the son had been a 12-year old boy by that time, his name was " Dharmapad ". The mother of Dharmapad ( wife of the Sculpture-Bisu Maharana ) was crying by hearing the news that the King will behead her husband along with 1200-Sculptures if the Konark Temple was not completed by installation of its Top Most Point within next day (24-hours). Dharmapad being curious of his mother's cry, she described the situation and Dharmapad, the 12-year old boy decided to go there, install the Top Most Point of the Temple and complete it on the next day. And the 12-year old boy did it next day and completed the Konark Temple.

MY ATTEMPT TO SOLVE THE FARMERS' PROTEST PROBLEM :
  1. Being pained of the issue of the Farmers' Protest on the Farm Laws and what was going on and being sympathetic to both the sides, the Government as well as the Farmers, on January 06, 2021; I wrote an email to none other than the Honourable Present and Incumbent Prime Minister of India, on an email id ( gmail id ), I am told it goes to the Honourable PM Directly and he reads it; saying in my email, I have an " Idea of Solution " to the Farmers' Protest Problem, that I can discuss with the Honourble PM only in confidence and if the Honourable PM feels OK, it can be offered to the protesting farmers, hopefully they may agree, may not agree, but it would cause no harm offering to them, ultimately the Nation will benefit. I do not know if the email reached to the Honourable PM or not , he read it or not, but there was no response to me, no response till date. I had offered to the Hon'ble PM to speak and discuss by Video Conferencing only, because of the Covid-19 situation.
  2. Thereafter on January 10, 2021; I wrote an email in the proper channel ( one from public can not write to the Chief Justice of India directly, it goes through a Proper Channel allowed to the public ) to the Chief Justice of India at Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, as there was an hearing to be held immediately after this date, between the Farmer Groups and the Government before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, praying the Hon'ble Supreme Court, giving all my back ground, to allow me as an independent expert of the country just to make a statement during the hearing as a simple solution, may be if both the parties would agree. I also submitted to the Hon'ble Supreme Court that I do not intend to be a litigant in this subject, but if I can only be allowed as an independent expert to make one time statement during the said hearing offering a simple solution by Video Conferencing only, if allowed. The Honourable Supreme Court has its own rules and regulations as per the laws of the land, very fairly, it sent me an SMS then saying the communication has been given an inward number as per their practice. Then finally, on 08-August-2021, the Honourable Supreme Court again sent me an SMS saying they could not act on my letter and have just filed it, as it did not come under the category of PIL ( Public Interest Litigation ) as per Supreme Court's PIL criteria. Fair enough.

I still have the idea of the solution, it may work, it may not work, can not give guarantee. But I believe it may work. The Idea of the Solution still remains in my mind and as I had decided not to speak of the Idea to Media, as it would be thrown in the air as many and volumes of writings by many experts of the country have gone in the air.
Like I wrote here, two days back, that I had made effort in 2003, to mediate between Dr. V. Kurien and Dr. (Mrs) Amrita Patel then on the Co-operatives and Producers' Companies public spat and I have uploaded the documents evidencing as proof to show that I really had tried and attempted, it did not work, it was fair enough.
In the Farmers' Protest case over the Farm Laws, the Idea of the Solution still remains with me, without having been discussed or disclosed to anybody.
As I said, I had tried to transpire at the Two Highest Possible Levels of the Country - One is the Executive Head ( The PM ) and the other is the Judiciary Head ( the Chief Justice of India ) as per Indian Constitution. There is no higher level to go further. But I have made effort to offer a solution. It is a fact and it is true. Unfortunately the confidential communication written by me to such highest levels can not be disclosed in public at this stage, it would be unfair. I believed, if the intellectuals like us would not try to offer a solution, impartially, whatever may be the cost, who will help?
Sometimes, a very small man/woman can offer a solution that can work for solving a bigger problem, I also believe in that.
It is also a fact that I had written the exact legendary story of the solution of the problem of the Konark Temple as an example of citation to both of the above Highest Levels of the country.
What all is happening on the Farmers' Protests in the country are also being watched by myself very very impartially, giving credence to both sides, the Government and also the Farmers.
