ITS PEOPLE WHO ARE THE MASTERS.
THE WORLD AND HUMANITY PASS THROUGH CONTINUOUS EVOLUTION, IT IS NO CHARITY OF ANY INDIVIDUAL LEADER

 

       Many a times it comes to be heard through various media ( all kinds of electronic or written/spoken media including the present day’s ubiquitous social media ) or even from individual leader’s boasting mouth (both Nationally and Internationally around the world), that they are the sole instruments of development and all development that is happening in the World both Nationally and Internationally are their contributions of efforts ( or out of their charity of efforts ) and without them it would not have been ever possible and possible by none other than them. I am writing this article to explain that such claims are just hoaxes; and in reality, the World and Humanity goes through continuous evolution and its the civilization’s progress, by efforts of the people in general, it’s the people who are the real masters, and it could have happened in any case, without existence of such boasting and hoxing leaders and the developments we see today both in the world and in humanity or in human civilization, in any case would have happened in existence of any other leaders as their substitutes, and if such boasting and hoaxing leaders posing as saints of charity were not there and their claimed efforts of charity would not have been in sight.  Yes, the leaderships who work with positive mindset as Statesmen play the role of facilitators among the people for development which can not be denied. There have been great men and women and great statesmen and also some political leaderships who have been facilitators of progress in Civilization in various ways and they themselves do not do it and they neither claim for it having been done by themselves.
There is a difference between a Stateman and a Political leadership. The Stateman works for the people, with the people and facilitates among the people  without looking for building an electoral capital to win next election and continue in power. The Political leaderships do work, never denied, even they can play facilitators among people for development, but, they will be working always keeping an eye for winning the next election to continue holding power in their hands.
Let me explain in very simple terms, that it is just the hoax and undue credit many times leaders may be trying to fetch, grab and buy unduly, may be anywhere in the world, it may be non-deserving claim and many a times, various media also continuously pampers and may have been pampering non-deservingly for its own existence. In fact, the Human Civilization and the World, are continuously evolving and progressing, and developing in the process of its own evolution and such evolution would in any case have happened in its own pace by efforts of the mass of people, if these leaders were not there and if any other leaders would have occupied their places or chairs as facilitators. My point of contention is that, it is not consequential that any particular leader is individually doing it for any nation or the world or for any organization, or getting it done only by himself and none was able to do it earlier or would not have been able to do it in his place, it is a very wrong postulation to make or spread, and it is just the undue campaigns get thrust on the society unfairly. Ultimately no one for that matter any leader is indispensable for a Nation, for the World or for any Organization. The evolution and the development that is being seen in the world over time, anywhere and everywhere in the world or to say in India even if it is taken as an example ( as I live here ), is really due to progress of human civilization world-wide and including specific location, it is the people, the real masters who are doing it and it is not the charity of efforts of anyone of the leaderships or a bunch of leaderships as may be claimed by anyone as per their convenience and aspirations that could be anything and of any dimension. If any leader tries to take credit and build capital of popularity to fetch winning mandate for himself or for his outfit in electoral contests as the whole and sole purpose, by claiming that he is the one who got it done alone by his unmatched individual leadership and no one was able to do it earlier ever and without his existence it would not have even happened; and in future it may be difficult for anyone to do so and no alternative leaderships are available to him or themselves, this amounts to just fooling of the human civilization and dropping a big hoax. There are people also available to pamper and spread such hoaxes, but it is not the reality.
Yes, leaders do appear, they keep coming and holding power by whatever way, and in fact, none who has some power in his hands is not considered a leader in the today’s world. The leadership in today’s world is defined by how much power he/she can weld by whatever way.  In the process, the leaders holding greater the power, acquire great luxury for them and their companions in the outfits they come from, at the cost, that the society bears in any case and pays for them. Starting from their clothing accessories to housing luxury, the luxury vehicle convoy that follows them all the times, the expensive security surrounding them, the Aeroplanes and Helicopters transporting them beyond roads, the drones guarding their security from the air, the rallies and the number of followers following them blindly and the media cameras and mikes that hover around them round the clock, at phenomenal expenditure incurred from whatever sources within the society and the swanky offices occupied by them, are the attractions that would not be available for them for a long time, unless they, by self-proclamation, unduly claim all credits of development whether Nationally or Internationally or anywhere in the world, as if it is being done only by  themselves only by individual efforts, and it would not have been possible without their efforts and presence in their places or chairs. Their subordinates, followers, appointees and party-companions have taken the pledge to chant and broadcast the names of such leaders in every sentence of their speech and in every available opportunity, as if it is the blessings of their so called Master and without the blessings of their master it would not have been possible under the earth and the human society and the world would have been greatly deprived of it.
The developments in every field in the world, naming all possible fields of Science and Technology and Humanities, from Earth to Space, are due to the evolution of human civilization, efforts of the people who are the real masters, and not the sole contribution of charity of any Particular Leader anywhere or everywhere around the Globe. It is the people and only the people, the humans constituting the humanity and society, who are instrumenting evolution and development in every field whether due to commercial objectives or societal objectives or objectives of better lives, are doing it and no particular leader is any hero who could get it accomplished as if none other than him in the past or present could do it or in future will be able to do it. It is better to be conscious to discount the very hoaxes dropped many times.
Today, if there is an evolutionary development anywhere in the world, in all kinds of fields including science and technology or in humanities, it travels and finds a place everywhere in the world as soon as it is launched. For example if a technology or a product of technology gets invented by a telecom company, it is no more confined to the location where it is invented, it travels and finds places around the globe without loss of time, the objectives may be business or commercials or anything else, that is immaterial, it is a progress of human civilization. Another example, there is a train that can be run without a human driver, the technology that got developed elsewhere in the world and if that technology travels and comes to India; it is not the individual credit of anyone, it would have come to India in any case as a bigger market for such facilities, may be some leadership could be a facilitator, but it is not the whole and sole doing of any leadership, it is the effort of the people who are the masters to bring it or make it travel to India, whether the objective is commercial or developmental. Suppose a Robot is developed in Japan and does wonderful surgeries in Medical Science, if it travels in commercial process and comes to India, it is just a normal evolution process of science and technology happening globally. There could be n-number of examples to say, I am only explaining the principle and concept to evidence. The arrival of various new goods or services and spreading its presence worldwide now is the function of the evolution of civilization by effort of the people in all and that is all. Yes, the leaderships play a role in adoption of any innovation or invention as facilitators, that can not be denied. Also now, the leaderships work in competition for adoption of innovations or inventions, that is a facilitator role, but it is not the product of their doing as sole contributor to the society.
World wide it is also being seen that the so called sole and all-in-all and self proclaimed performing leaders like the saints of the yester years, are doing symbiosis among themselves ( they are also, so called friends of each other, a most elite community by themselves ) to acquire and perpetuate the luxury and perks they enjoy during their chairs of power, they would like to reward among themselves as great contributors, they would like to acquire rewards by exercising their influence, as if there was no other worthy candidate in the world to be rewarded. They, in fact, create fall back arrangements among themselves, more of it in contemporary times, so that they are in the same league of the leaders and elite community even when they are not in the chairs of power, and continue to enjoy the same luxury and perks without hindrance.
The mentality of a section of the human population blindly following and worshipping such flattered, pampered and self-proclaiming leaders, and thereby pushing the society to be enslaved to such leaders by following to flatter the ego of such so called leaders to swell to shadow the society itself is a greater sin, it will always be there however it needs to be understood and recognized for reality. Ultimately, it’s the people who are the Masters.
