SCIENCE, CIVILIZATION AND ENVIRONMENTAL MUTATION


  From ancient times or time immemorial, the Science, Civilization and Environment have continuously evolved or mutated in parallel, in interdependence and in inter exploitation. As Human Civilization has progressed, the Science has evolved and the environment has changed. Anyone of the three takes a step ahead and the rest follow the suit or readjust to cope with it. Hence it is an evolution process that get converged and balanced over a period of time and at a specific point of time. Hence each time has a particular balance that was suitable at that point of time reference. It would be unwise and illogical to compare a reference point of time with another reference point of time, comparing there with Science, Civilization and Environment balance existed at each point of time. Also, mindsets of humans operate at different levels with respect to particular reference of time. Therefore, the old mindsets do not be able to cope with new mindsets, hence old mindsets create superstitions and conjectures to avoid science and environment to establish its relevance. The progress of civilization throws away and buries the superstitions and establishes scientific practices to create new equilibrium among science, civilization and environment.


About the Author : Dr. Nimain Charan  Biswal is a B.Sc.(Agri. Science and Technology ). M.B.A. and Ph.D.( Management Area ) by qualifications and he has 34+years of work experience in both  industrial and development sectors in diversified fields of social importance. He has been educated at Orissa University of Agriculture and Technology (OUAT)-Bhubaneswar, Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA) and Gujarat University ( with Resource Support of IIM-Ahmedabad ). Dr.Biswal is further educated at IIM-Calcutta, XLRI-Jamshedpur, Apple Computer Industries and Spar Inc., USA. He has worked for reputed National and International Organisations in Senior/Top Management Capacities. He is a management  expert, a prominent professional of India and known Internationally as well. He lives at Mumbai in India.

The Democratic Principles and Freedom of Speech of the Members of Social Media Groups are being attacked by vested interests. In most common language, a “compromise” is a sub-optimal solution to a problem that is accepted as a settlement or by choice. There is a popular saying that; “Round Peg to Square Hole” and “Square Peg to Round Hole “ do not work.
