NON-RESPONSE COULD BE THE BIGGEST DISEASE OF A SYSTEM:  THEY THE SYSTEM LEADERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IT The Bright Example for demonstrating the Non-Response from the today's world could be a Computer System. If a computer system is not giving response, it would mean something which everyone will understand easily as: 1. It has severe flaw somewhere, either the hardware, or the software or the both have severe flaw. In almost all the cases, either the Software has become "Corrupt", or a hardware part has gone out of order which is called as the "Rogue" part after having gone bad. The terminologies are coined by the computer professionals, not me. 2. The System has got in to a state of "Hang" by getting into an abnormal path from which it is not able to come out (of it). WELCOME THE PROPOSAL OF SEBI TO SEPARATE BROKERS FROM INVESTORS' MONEY I have been reading the news in the Press and Media since yesterday that the Capital Market and Securities Market Regulator SEBI (Securities and Exchange Board of India) is mooting the Proposal to Separate the Investors' Money from the Brokers ... it is an Welcome Move. In fact SEBI is seeking public opinion about it and I say it will be good move if implemented effectively. There is no doubt and no question that the Airline named or branded as "Air India" is no more owned by the Government of India after its sale by Government of India to the "Tata Group". It is a Privately Owned Airline like any other private airlines either in India or anywhere in the World. "Air India" was the Name of the National Carrier of India (Owned by Indian Nation, the Government of India) for 69 years from 1953 (from the year of Nationalization from the Tatas ) to 2022 (to the year of its re-sale to the Tata Group).   INDIAN RUPEE GETTING ACCEPTANCE FOR INTERNATIONAL TRADE WILL HELP INDIAN ECONOMY AS A WHOLE I read this news through First Post, about 35-countries till now willing to use Indian Rupee for International Trade. It will make the Indian Products a tad Cheaper, due to the cost of conversion of Rupee to other Convertible Currencies like USD, EURO and BRITISH POUND gone. In reality, as per my past experience, the conversion cost used to be quite a lot at least 3% +3% (at both sides- at seller's bank and buyer's bank ) and minimum of another 3-5% at the Intermediary Banks. That used to make almost 9-11 % cost of conversion. With this Saving, the Indian Products will be able to pierce the Chinese Business very largely in Exports. 2.

THE TINY SUMMARY UNDERSTANDING OF THE "DEMONITIZATION" VERDICT OF YESTERDAY(02-JANUARY-2023) Yesterday some of you, all of you  or many of you might have read about the Verdict of the 5-Judge Constitutional Bench of Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, that appeared in All Main Stream Media. What has happened exactly in this matter: 1. A Division Bench normally a 2-Judge Bench of Hon'ble Supreme Court of India was hearing the 58-Petitions that were pending before the Supreme Court against the Demonitization announced on 08-November-2016. 2. The Division  Bench referred the matter to a 5-Judge Constitutional and Larger Bench to answer the reference on the matter. 3. Out of the 5- Hon'ble Judges of the Constitutional Bench, 4-of them have held the Demonitization of 2016 as legally valid, where as 1-of them, Hon'ble Ms.Justice B V Nagarathna,  the only Lady Judge in that Bench has given the dissenting judgement that it was unlawful. 4.
