I NDIA'S STRATEGIC AND BILATERAL TRADE DEALS OF CONTEMPORARY TIMES ARE IN THE NATIONAL INTEREST : THERE IS NO NEED TO SPREAD APPREHENSIONS AND MISGIVINGS ABOUT IT Dear Readers, I come back to address all of you after approximately a month, while I was not available due to a social commitment where as I was needed to focus there in and I could not reach out to all of you except that I wrote another article only 2days back that is here in this blog of mine.  During the intervening period of the said one month time, I have gone through various publications on the  Strategic and Bilateral Trade Deals the Government of India has finalized or finalizing to be signed.  All these Trade Deals are in the National Interest, the Government of India is ensuring the protection of India's National Interest Adequately and Pragmatically, there is no need to spread apprehensions and misgivings about such Trade Deals the Indian Government is finalizing with Other Nations else where....

  THE CONCEPTUAL AND LEGAL (REGULATORY) BACK BONE OF FOOD SAFETY, TRACEABILITY AND REGULATORY COMPLIANCE OF FOODS, AND ITS POSSIBLE FUTURE SCOPE IN INDIA   India’s Central Government ( Government of India ) taking due cognizance of the International Scenario and Regulatory Environment with respect to Food Safety and Food Standards in the World, enacted the law, as the Central Act, the FOOD SAFETY AND STANDARDS ACT, 2006 as the Legal (Regulatory) Back Bone for Food Safety and Food Standards at the National Level in India.
