This is a very stringent law to act as deterrent against adoption of Unfair Means in the Public Examinations in other words competitive examinations ,  which has provision of imprisonment upto  10years and monetary fine up to Rs. 1 Crore. It is a must that everyone in the Indian Society should know about it.
