THE VAUE OF "YOGA" : TO A LADY COMMONER OF 75YEARS-AN EXPERIENCE : REMEMBERING ON INTERNATIONAL "YOGA" DAY Today, 21st June is being celebrated as International Yoga Day. It was approved as International Yoga Day by the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) in 2014 and is being formally celebrated as the International Yoga Day from 21-June-2015. The Government of India was instrumental in getting it approved by the UNGA in 2014, it is not denied and due credit goes to it, that is also not denied. "Yoga" has been a practice, a way of life, for those who can practice and adopt it, for the fitness of body and mind both, ensuring holistic health and fitness, has been an ancient Wisdom of India.
